I'm trying to build a small form factor (SFF) PC that I can easily take along while working in hotels for most of the year. My budget is $1800, but I'm hoping to keep the costs down as much as possible. I plan to use this PC for gaming on a basic 1080p monitor, mainly using my work monitors so I don't have to carry an extra gaming monitor.
I mostly enjoy single-player and casual FPS games, such as Cyberpunk 2077, Helldivers 2, and Red Dead Redemption 2. I'm happy to sacrifice some frame rates as long as I can maintain a minimum of 60 fps while enjoying ultra graphics and ray tracing.
I've put together a potential parts list that I'm confident would work for my needs, but I'm looking for advice on how I can further reduce the cost. Are there any specific components that I could change for more savings? Appreciate any help!

If you’re sure you won’t upgrade monitors in the future, you could save quite a bit with a more budget-friendly build. You might look at a Ryzen 5 9600X paired with an RX 9060 XT. It should provide a solid 1080p experience at a lower price point, under $1500!
It seems like your PCPartPicker link was incorrect. To share your build properly, consider using an anonymous permalink instead. You can create one by editing your part list and clicking "Get Permalink." That way, others can better assess your choices!
Have you thought about just getting a powerful laptop instead? They’re really compact now and can easily handle 1080p gaming. Something like the Asus TUF Gaming laptop would have all the power you need without the hassle of a custom build!
I did consider a laptop, but I prefer being able to swap out parts easily like in a regular build.

I'm a bit hesitant about going with a Radeon GPU since I'm really into ray tracing.
