Help with No Video Output on New PC Build

Hey folks, I'm really stuck here and could use some advice. I just built a new PC with the following specs: an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM, a 2 TB Lexar M.2 SSD for storage, a 16 GB Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card, an ASRock LiveMixer motherboard, and an 850W be quiet! power supply. It all seems to be in order, but after the first boot, I'm not getting any video output from the graphics card, no matter what I do.

You could also try using your old GPU in the new build after you boot with the integrated graphics. If that doesn't work, the motherboard's PCIe slot could be an issue, but it seems unlikely since your old GPU worked.

I did try it with my old GPU and it ran fine, so the PCIe slot should be good. Just need to figure out what's blocking the new GPU!

Have you tried connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard? That way, you can check if the integrated graphics work before troubleshooting the GPU further. Sometimes that can help pin down where the issue lies.

I didn't have luck with that at first, but after waiting a bit, it worked! Now I'm curious how to get my graphics card functioning.

Glad it worked! Once you get the integrated graphics running, make sure to check the GPU connections. It might just need a driver update or a reseat.
