Generally, a push/pull setup isn't necessary for most AIO coolers. They aren't thick or restrictive enough to gain benefits from having fans on both sides. You might end up just creating more noise without significant cooling improvement. As for aesthetics, that’s really up to you. Set up your fans in a way that looks good to you, because at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is keeping your temperatures safe. Don’t overthink it!
Thanks for the detailed response! I'm working on building in the Lian Li 011 compact case and I’ve seen some videos where people got great temps with push/pull setups. About the aesthetics, does what I've planned with the fan placements look correct, or did I mess something up? I’m just trying to get a clear understanding!
