I've been using my Galaxy A32 for about four years, and suddenly the touchscreen stopped working. Even though my alarm still goes off, I can't connect my phone to anything since my account is set as a child account by mistake. Is there any way I can either get my phone working again or retrieve my data from it?

Have you checked if the USB transfer setting was enabled? If it was, try plugging your phone into a PC or laptop to see if you can access your files. Just remember that you'll probably need to enter your password for it to work, and if your touchscreen isn't responding, that could be tricky.
Unfortunately, if you didn't have Google Drive or any backup service running, getting your data could be tough. I’d recommend looking into using a USB connection, but keep in mind you'll need your password to access files if prompted.
