I recently cracked the top part of my iPhone 11, making it impossible to use. Since my passcode has a '2' in it, I can't enter it because the upper screen doesn't respond. I bought an iPhone 13, but I'm stuck because I can't receive the Apple Account Verification Code that's sent to my broken phone. I'm feeling really frustrated with Apple products right now and could use any help on how to resolve this situation!

You might want to consider getting your old phone repaired. Once it's fixed, you could at least retrieve the verification code to set up your new device.
If you have a recent backup, you could use that to set up your new iPhone. You don't necessarily need to access the old phone for this, as long as you can log into iCloud on the new device.
An Apple Store can help with data transfer, but getting your old phone fixed might also be necessary to regain access to your account verification. Might be worth visiting!
