I'm having a tough time getting any help from Azure's billing support. I opened a ticket on March 9th, but it's been 14 days without any review. When I tried calling their main number, the phone system is confusing—it just sends me in circles telling me to check the portal for my ticket status. If I say 'billing' without 'Azure', I get rerouted to the Microsoft 365 billing department, which can't help me at all. I even opened a second ticket just in case the first one got lost, but it's been 10 days without any updates on that one either. Is this how it usually goes with Azure billing support? Are they particularly busy right now?

Looks like getting help from Azure billing is kind of like trying to reach the other side of a maze! Unfortunately, they really are notoriously slow. If you’re looking for answers, there's not much to do except be patient or look into preventative tools.
Seems like you have a better chance of running into Jesus and Buddha at your local Ikea than getting straight answers from Azure billing! Good luck with that! 😄
Honestly, Azure billing support is known for being really slow. One tip is to use tools like Finopsly to help manage your spending proactively, although it won't solve your current ticket issues. If you have a Microsoft partner, consider escalating through them, or try posting in the Azure feedback forums where some engineers might respond quicker.
