I'm currently hosting my website on an EC2 t2.micro instance, and I'm wondering how I can prevent being charged once my free tier usage runs out. Any tips or strategies would be appreciated!

If your site doesn't require a back-end, consider using Cloudflare. For light back-end needs, both Cloudflare and Supabase are solid choices. Cloudflare especially is great for small projects since you get a lot before any charges kick in. When I did start paying, it was just $5 a month!
One way to keep getting free service is by making a new account each year to take advantage of the free tier for another 12 months, but just be cautious about long-term management. It's not ideal for everyone, though!
That’s really helpful, thanks! I had no idea you could get that much for so little with Cloudflare.
