Hey everyone! I'm a 30-year-old male with ADHD, and I've been feeling pretty burnt out. I code for my job and also have a passion project that I'm really excited about, but I feel like I'm stuck in a cycle where coding feels more like a casino than a craft. Even when I know I should stop working for the day, I can't help but feel drawn to keep going, especially late at night. I want to establish a healthier routine where I stop working after 6 PM and take weekends off. I'm looking for tips on how to stick to this routine and manage these urges to code when I should be winding down. Has anyone faced similar struggles? I'd love to hear your experiences and advice!
