I'm getting bombarded with Temu ads no matter where I go online, including search results. They seem to slip through my proxy and DNS settings, and no ad blocker I've tried seems to be working. I'm looking for effective ways to eliminate Temu ads completely. Any suggestions?

You might want to try installing Pi-hole on your network. It's a great tool for blocking ads for all devices connected to your Wi-Fi, so it should help you with those pesky Temu ads.
Does it actually work on Google search results too?
