You can definitely submit a ticket to Pearson Vue through their website. Just search for 'submit Pearson Vue ticket' on Google and it should lead you to the right page. Just a heads up, though, many users have had negative experiences, so be prepared for a bit of a hassle. Personally, I always recommend in-person certification exams if possible!
