How can I create a custom keybind to type the letter ‘C’ on my PC?

I'm facing an annoying issue where I can't type the letter 'c' on my keyboard. I really want to avoid using the copy-paste method with Control+C, and I'm too lazy to type out the ASCII code with Control+99. Does anyone know of an application that allows me to set up custom keybinds? For example, if I could press Alt + X to output a 'c', that would solve my problem!

You might want to try using the on-screen keyboard that's built into your operating system. Just search for 'on-screen keyboard' in your start menu, and you can type using your mouse. Alternatively, check out AutoHotkey. It does require some setup and learning but allows you to create custom keybinds easily.

If you’re unable to type the letter 'c' at all, you might be dealing with a hardware issue. Have you tested with different software? If Control+C works, then your keyboard is probably fine, but the issue might be within the application you're using to type.
