I'm preparing for a trip to China and want to make sure I have some Netflix content downloaded for the flight. Since I heard Netflix isn't accessible there, I'm looking for ways to download videos for offline viewing. Ideally, I want to do this on my computer, but I'm open to other solutions. Any advice?

If you're using a phone or tablet, the Netflix app has a download feature that's super easy to use. I loaded up my device before heading to China and had no issues watching shows on the plane. Just keep in mind that depending on where you are in China, you might still gain access to Netflix! I found great speeds and access while at a casino in Macau, which was a pleasant surprise!
Actually, it seems like Netflix’s download feature for PCs is no longer available, so your best bet is a phone or tablet. If you don't have one of these, consider using the Netflix help page for more guidance on what you can do!
Thanks for the tip! I'll check that out.
You can't download Netflix videos to your computer legally. The downloading feature is only available on tablets and phones, so you'll need to use one of those devices to save videos. Just a heads up, they disabled downloads for Windows last year, and there's no app for MacBooks either.
I just got back from China last month and struggled with Netflix. Someone suggested using a tool called Keeprix to bypass regional restrictions, which allows downloading content for offline viewing. It has a free version you might want to try out!
That sounds promising! I'll keep that in mind if I find myself around casinos.
