How can I easily access my browser while playing Subnautica on Linux?

I'm having a tough time switching to my web browser while playing Subnautica on Linux Mint. I've gotten really deep into the game today without saving, and I accidentally closed it by pressing Alt + F4 when I meant to press Super + 4 to bring up my browser. On Windows, I could just hit the Super key and click the icons, which worked seamlessly in fullscreen, but now I'm stuck. How can I make it so my icons are clickable with the Super key?

What desktop environment are you using? I’m on KDE with Nobara and Ubuntu, and I can easily press the Super key to access my taskbar icons. If you're using Cinnamon with Mint, it should work too, but you might want to try going borderless instead of full screen to avoid those accidental closures. Also, don’t forget you can use Alt + Tab to switch windows more easily!

I’m on Mint, so that sounds about right! I think I'm using Cinnamon, which is the default.

If you're using Steam, check out the Steam overlay! It has a built-in browser and you can use the notes tool to keep important info handy. You can even pin it, so you won't have to keep opening and closing it every time you need info. This might save you from having to switch back and forth as often.
