How Can I Escape from Python Tutorial Overload?

I've been struggling with Python tutorials and feel like I'm stuck in a loop. A few years back, I completed a Python course on YouTube and zipped through a six-week program in about a week. I even tackled a simple BMI calculator, but now, I feel like I know very little and get frustrated easily when I hit bugs. I'm considering starting CS50P or maybe revisiting tutorials for additional help. What do you think?

If you’re unsure about the syntax, why not take a comprehensive course to solidify that? Experiment with exercises, then transition to your own projects. It will feel tough initially, but that's normal! Just start with structured projects and gradually work towards more complex ones.

I'm in a similar boat—I know the basics but struggle with applying them outside of structured exercises. I think you're spot on about needing straightforward projects to build confidence. It makes sense to have clear goals to work towards!

You don't really need to be stuck in tutorial hell. Just start working on small projects to build your confidence and skills. It's all about practice!

Definitely go for CS50P! It's a solid course, and you’ll gain a lot of hands-on experience. Plus, you'll have the problem sets to really challenge yourself.
