How can I fix my Anker power bank with a faulty built-in cable?

I'm dealing with an Anker power bank that has a capacity of 25000mAh and a power output of 165W. It's only gone through 35 power cycles, but the built-in Type-C cable has stopped working properly; I have to force it upwards to get any connection. I'm unsure how to reset the device and I don't know how to open it up. I would consider resoldering the wire if I could access it. Does anyone have suggestions on how to approach this?

If you're not familiar with electronics repair, I suggest contacting Anker, especially since it might still be under warranty. They could provide a replacement or repair options.

If you're comfortable with it, a good workaround is to remove the 18650 batteries from your power bank and install them into a new enclosure. It might save you from a complex repair.

Try cleaning the USB port with some isopropyl alcohol and gently scraping with a needle to remove any dirt or debris. Sometimes, a dirty connection can cause problems.

Just a heads up, the cable is built-in, so cleaning the port might not help much in this case.
