How can I fix my Ubuntu boot issue related to a bad superblock?

I'm facing a serious problem where my Ubuntu system won't boot due to a bad superblock error. I tried using fdisk, but now I get a message about SGX being disabled in the BIOS. When I attempt to boot into recovery mode, I encounter errors indicating that no arrays were found and the system gives up waiting for the root file system device. It also mentions problems with boot arguments and missing modules. The UUID that's referenced doesn't exist. I'm booting from a live USB so I can attempt repairs, but I'm not sure what steps I should take to resolve this issue. By the way, my setup involves Linux Mint on the SSD and I'm using Ubuntu on a live USB.

You might find that running `fsck` on the affected partition from the live USB is your best bet. Just make sure to back up any important data if possible, but this could help fix that bad superblock quickly.

Not to be rude, but your first two sentences really paint a clear picture of your problem! It seems like you're in a tricky situation, and understanding what's going on can really help.

Are you dual booting with Windows? I had a similar issue, and disconnecting the Windows HDD while trying to boot into Ubuntu made things worse for me. You might want to check if your setup is causing conflicts.
