- I can't connect any new USB drives or external SSDs due to a Code 31 error.
- The Source game engine mapping tool corrupts project files or crashes during game compilation, showing an "Exception Access Violation" related to "shaderapidx9.dll."
- A few games crash, with particular ones pointing to DirectX9 issues.
- The Event Viewer reported a kernel event error that caught my attention.
