I've been dealing with AWS Support for about two weeks because our company's account got blocked after a suspicious login attempt. We were in active communication until last Friday, but now it's gone silent despite my repeated follow-ups. This situation is really affecting our operations, and I'm wondering if there's any way to reach AWS Support directly or escalate the matter. If anyone has been in a similar boat, I'd love to hear your advice! Thanks!

Unfortunately, AWS doesn't offer a direct hotline. If you have Business Support or higher, you can use live chat. It’s possible the CSE handling your case was just out for the holiday weekend—this happens sometimes. And a tip: always have at least Business Support for production workloads!
Are you asking if you can reach them by phone? It depends on what support tier you’re subscribed to. If you're on the free tier, options are limited. I get it, though; when you’ve got an issue like this, it’s super frustrating to go through just the ticket system. My site was down for a while too, and getting responses was tough!
