How can I get my ISP’s public IP address unblocked by Azure Firewall?

Hi everyone! I'm having trouble accessing a few websites that utilize Azure Firewall, and it seems my ISP's IPv4 address is on some kind of blocklist. When I attempt to access these sites, I receive an error stating that my request is blocked, along with a tracking ID. I've looked everywhere for a way to remove my IP from this blocklist but haven't found any solutions. The specific websites I'm struggling with include Netatmo and OneDrive. I've already reached out to Netatmo's support but haven't received any help yet. Any tips on how to get my IP unblocked? Thanks in advance!

It looks like you might be dealing with a Web Application Firewall (WAF) rather than Azure Firewall. Just something to think about! Regardless, you'll need to pinpoint why you're blocked and find a way to get it resolved.

You're right, I probably mixed those up. I still need to know how to get myself unblocked.

Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they can change your IP for you? That might be quicker than trying to work through Azure support.

Unfortunately, the only way for me to change my IP would be to cancel my current plan and start a new one, which isn't really something I want to do.

Have you considered just restarting your router? Sometimes powering it off for about ten minutes and turning it back on can assign you a new IP address.
