Hey everyone! I've got this awesome idea for a website that builds on my background in engineering and computer science, but I'm struggling to move forward. I've only been able to set up a basic navigation for the site, as my strength is more in the backend. I've started working on the backend file structure and some functions, but I feel like it's going to take way too long to develop everything on my own. I just graduated and have been juggling odd jobs that don't relate to my degree, so finding time to work on my project is tough. When I'm employed, I can't focus on this, and when I'm not, I have the time but need the money. Since my project addresses a problem I've faced since college, I believe it has potential. I'm wondering if I should seek help from others, pitch the idea to a company, or stick to working on it solo. But with its complexity and multiple components, I'm concerned about how long it'll take me to complete it alone. Any suggestions on how I can move forward effectively?

Welcome to the real world! It’s challenging but rewarding. You’ve got to balance your passion with practical needs.
There are AI tools available that can assist in your development. They might take some of the load off you.
Before diving in, check if there's an existing market for the problem you're solving. If you find potential, maybe consider having AI code up a basic version over a weekend.
AI can help automate some of the routine programming tasks, but be prepared to oversee the process closely to ensure everything works as intended.
Launching a product can really test your skills as a creator. You either learn to bring it to market on your own, or you craft a pitch that’s good enough to attract funding for the parts you can't handle yourself.
