We're a small startup with only a few hundred users, and we're trying to improve our activation funnel. Currently, I'm manually going through session replays using tools like Hotjar and PostHog, which is really time-consuming and exhausting. I'm mainly looking for rage clicks and inactivity, but it's hard to determine what truly matters. I've tried several tools like Hotjar, PostHog, Prism Replay, and FullStory, but I'm curious to know what other methods or tools you all have found effective for spotting onboarding friction and enhancing activation. I'd love to hear about any real-world solutions that have worked for you!

We’re moving to Sentry, and it’s really good at tracking user friction. You can easily see things like User Misery scores and dead clicks right on the dashboard, which helps in pinpointing issues fast.

Funnel analysis is super important for onboarding. You should track how far users get in the process and see where they drop off or get stuck. Logging key events could give you some much-needed visibility into user behavior.
