I'm having trouble figuring out which AWS account a specific charge on my company's bank statement is linked to. We use multiple AWS accounts, and all I can see from the charge is just "Amazon Web Services". When I click on it, it shows "AWS EMEA" as the reference. Is there a way to determine which account this charge corresponds to without having to log into each AWS account and check the Billing and Payment Transactions?

If you're looking to streamline things, you could set up AWS Organizations with consolidated billing. That way, you'll get a clear picture of your charges across all accounts, but keep in mind this won’t help figure out past charges.
Haha, well for a one-man company like mine, it’s just me dealing with the AWS stuff. So yeah, I get why bank statements can be tricky!
The charge description on the bank statement won't give you specific account details, so unfortunately, you can't rely on that. If your AWS accounts are set up to send out monthly billing emails, you might want to check those. Otherwise, consider creating a separate email just for receiving those bills in the future.
Honestly, if it were me, I’d focus on invoices instead of bank statements. I assume your company processes invoices for AWS? Those should provide clearer details for tracking expenses.
