I've got a bulky Acer gaming PC that makes my room feel like a sauna after just 30 minutes of gaming. My air conditioning doesn't help much since the thermostat is in a different room. In the winter, I could just crack a window, but that's not an option in the summer. I'm considering a standalone AC unit that vents heat out of my door because my windows aren't compatible with many designs. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this and whether you've found better solutions to keep a gaming setup cool!

Another possible solution is to move your PC to another room completely. You can run USB and HDMI cables back to your gaming area, which will keep all that heat away from your personal space! It's a bit of work, but it could make a big difference.
If you can, undervolt your CPU and GPU. This reduces heat. Also, capping your FPS can help; you don't need to go above your monitor's refresh rate. If all else fails, getting an AC unit may be your best bet.
In my office setup, I use a ceiling fan combined with a small desk fan that helps push the warm air out. Additionally, I've got a vent booster pulling air from the vent into the room; it really helps to manage the temperature.
