I'm really not a fan of where the new chat feature was moved in the latest iOS update. Now, it's in the inbox tab, and it's hard to distinguish between chat notifications and regular notifications. I have two Reddit accounts: one has the chat under the new setup, while my other account has the old chat tab still. Is there any way to revert the chat back to its previous location for the account that got updated? Just to clarify, I'm not interested in the new gaming tab that replaced it.

It's definitely confusing! Since you mentioned you're using iOS, it seems like the update reshuffled a lot of things. Unfortunately, you can’t revert the changes back to the old format if the new layout is rolled out on your account. But you could provide feedback to Reddit to let them know about the inconvenience!
You can’t move it back officially, but some users found that tapping the arrow next to the games in the inbox minimizes that section. It doesn't get rid of it completely, but it makes things a bit cleaner since you won’t see it all the time!
That's a nifty workaround! Just wish we could customize it further or remove that games section entirely.
