I'm trying to pin several shortcuts for the same program, but each shortcut runs with different command line options. I've put them in various Start Menu folder locations, but they're not showing up in the All Apps section. I'm looking to find out where exactly Windows 11 stores the associations for pinned items in the Start Menu so I can edit them manually. I've checked the registry but couldn't find any relevant information regarding the paths for shortcuts created from pinning. Can anyone help me out with this or suggest an alternative that doesn't involve using third-party Start Menu software?

You should create your shortcuts first with those command line changes, and save them in a regular directory or even on your desktop. Then, right-click while holding Shift and select 'Pin to Start.' This method has worked well for me when I need to run commands as different users.
I checked the thread Chris linked, but unfortunately, it looks like there aren't any solutions there. Just references from years before Windows 11 came out.
One suggestion I've seen is to create separate batch files for each use case and pin those instead. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems like a workable solution until I can update my laptop to Windows 11 and give it a go myself.
