I'm not just talking about brushing up on skills for specific jobs, but more about the overall preparation process. I've come across various platforms like HackerRank and LeetCode, but I often find myself using brute force methods to solve the exercises. Yup, I have 6.5 years of experience. But I feel like what I do daily is quite different from what they ask in interviews. I mean, I’ve never even had to reverse a binary tree at work, yet that’s something I need to know for interviews. So I'm trying to get in the right shape for the job market.
