How Can I Reach My Work If They Call From No Caller ID?

I keep getting calls from my workplace that show up as No Caller ID, and I recently missed another one. They left a voicemail, but there's no way for me to call them back. I'm looking for suggestions on how I can connect with them. Email isn't really an option since they're not great with it. I'm using an iPhone, by the way.

*69 might help you if you’re trying to get back the last number that called you. But just keep in mind, it’s usually used to call back a missed call. If they have caller ID blocked, you won’t get much luck.

Unfortunately, if there's no number left for you to call, there's not much you can do. It might be worth waiting for them to call back or finding someone else at work to reach out to via email and let them know you missed the call. It’s strange that you don't have your workplace's contact information, like a phone directory or central office number.

You shouldn’t need a technical workaround like that. Do you have your manager's number? If you can’t call back, just ask someone in your team for help. It's pretty common to have a way to contact your colleagues.

You might want to call your company’s main contact number and ask for the person who tried to reach you. Your workplace should have a way for you to get in touch with someone.

It seems a bit unprofessional for them not to provide a contact number with their calls. Just try contacting your company’s main switchboard and see if they can help connect you with the right department.
