I'm in a tough spot! All of my emails from various accounts, including Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, have somehow ended up in the trash. I've spent the last decade organizing them meticulously into different folders, and now it seems like everything is gone or has been dumped into the trash. I have thousands of important emails mixed in with spam and junk, and I need to know how to recover my old folders and get my emails back in their rightful places. I'm really hoping there's a way to fix this without needing to go through them all manually!

Have you checked if your accounts have been compromised? It's possible someone could be sending all your emails to the trash to hide activity. Just something to keep in mind!
I contacted Google to see if there was a compromise, but they said it wasn't the case.
