I've been having trouble accessing my old Apple account. I used to have an iPhone 8 back in 2022, and after it broke, my dad sent it to a tech guy we knew. Unfortunately, that guy switched shops, and I ended up getting a new phone. I created a new iCloud account and completely forgot about my old one. Recently, I remembered that I had a ton of important pictures on that old account, so I tried logging in. The problem is, I forgot my password, and when I clicked the 'forgot password' option, it mentions a trusted phone number ending in 46. The issue is, I've never had such a number, and neither have any of my family members. I don't remember this number at all and there's no option to verify it differently. I still have access to the email linked to the account, though. What can I do to recover it?

To reset your password, you need to enter that trusted phone number. Unfortunately, without it, you can't proceed with the standard process. You might want to try reaching out to Apple Support directly—they might have alternative ways to verify your identity and help you recover your account.
If you can't recall the trusted number, have you thought about checking any old family contacts or documents? Sometimes, you might have written it down somewhere. Also, contacting Apple Support could help, as they might have other methods of verifying who you are.
