How Can I Reduce System Data Storage on My iPhone?

I have an iPhone 14 with 128GB of storage, but it's nearly full all the time, making my phone really slow. My photos take up about 37GB, messages around 13-14GB, and all other apps are under 2GB. However, the system data is consuming a whopping 55GB! I've tried clearing caches and deleting/re-downloading apps, but nothing seems to help. Is there any way to reduce this system data usage?

I'm really interested to see if there’s a fix for this too...

I’m heading to an Apple store tomorrow to ask about it. I’ll keep you posted!

You might have a caching issue if your iPhone isn't on the latest iOS version. What storage do you have left right now?
