I'm in a tough situation right now. After my breakup, my ex took my phone and laptop and somehow messed with my Amazon access. I rely on Amazon for groceries because of my disability, and now I can't access my account on either my phone or laptop. On my phone, I keep getting a "something went wrong" message, and my laptop says "cannot access." I'm really unsure about what he did and how I can fix this. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like your ex might have blocked the Amazon website on your modem. Try accessing it using a different network, like mobile data, to see if that works. If it does, the issue is probably with your home network. Check your modem settings if you can; that’s where they’re likely blocking it.
Your access could be blocked by the firewall settings on your laptop or through your router. You might want to log into your router’s settings and see if you can find any blocked URLs. If you don't know how to do that, you could also factory reset the router—just keep in mind that you'll need to set it up again afterwards.
I’m not too tech-savvy, but I think I’ll need to look into how to reset it. Thanks for the suggestion!

That makes sense! I’ll give that a try. If it’s blocked in the modem, what’s the best way to fix that?
