I've found myself in a tough situation where a guy I dated is harassing me by linking my phone number to a negative website about mental health clinics. This site pops up at the top of the search results whenever someone looks up my number, and it feels like a real invasion of privacy and a mockery of my struggles after losing my husband. I've attempted to reach out to Google to remove it, but since my number isn't actually on the site, they've denied my request. I'm looking for advice on how to either get this removed or push it down the search results. Any help would be appreciated!

You should fill out the Google removal form, as that’s a good start. Also, try contacting the website's provider directly; they might help if you explain your situation to them.
If you're certain it’s him behind this, you might want to consider calling the police. This is harassment and they can guide you on what steps to take next!
I hear you, but I’m not sure how to prove it. It just feels so overwhelming.
That really sucks to hear! But just out of curiosity, why would someone look up your phone number? I usually only do that for spam calls.
I totally get that. I even paid to have my details erased online because of his stalking. I kept checking to make sure nothing about me appears, but that suicide website keeps showing up instead.
You could just change your number if it gets too stressful! It might be a bit of a hassle, but it could help you start fresh.
Thanks for the tip! I did reach out to them but got denied. I'm hoping they'll reconsider once I explain more.
