I managed to access the Command Prompt on my PC after it got stuck in a boot loop. Now, I want to fully reset everything, but I'm having trouble getting the right commands to work. The Command Prompt shows 'Administrator: X:windowsSYSTEM32cmd.exe', but the black screen part says 'X:sources>'. I'm looking for guidance on how to correctly execute the system reset command from this state, or how to make the Command Prompt work properly. I definitely want to factory reset my PC, and I'm sure my files aren't important, so if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it!

One option is to create a Windows USB drive to reinstall Windows. It’s usually a straightforward way to reset everything if the Command Prompt isn’t cooperating. Just download the Windows Media Creation Tool on another computer and follow the prompts to make the USB.
I don’t have a USB handy and honestly, I’d rather skip that. I've tried everything else and just want to reset the PC directly through the Command Prompt.
