How can I safely clean up a spill in my computer?

I recently spilled Vitamin Water into the top vent of my Lenovo Legion Tower, which caused audio to cut out and made my monitors glitch. I quickly unplugged everything and turned the PC upside down. I removed the side panel to dry any accessible liquid, and disconnected the fans, GPU, RAM, and power supply. Thankfully, my SSD and HDD didn't seem to be affected, but I'm worried about the damage to my GPU. I took it to Best Buy, but they refused to help, calling it a biohazard. I'm considering taking it to some local repair shops. What's the best way to thoroughly clean my PC to avoid any sticky residue? Are there any things I should definitely not do?

First off, keep your computer unplugged! Disassemble it completely, and check this video for a detailed cleaning method: [Cleaning Guide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNm2g4Tkf3E). Use a mix of water and isopropyl alcohol for cleaning. After you clean everything, let it dry with a fan blowing on it to speed up the drying process. Do make sure to let it dry for a few days in various angles. Also, if any liquid got into the power supply, it's better to replace it entirely—don't take that apart or test it without proper tools because it can be dangerous!

How should I check if my power supply is still functional?
