I'm trying to find a solution for setting up scan to email functionality for an Epson WF-7845 printer in a Microsoft 365 environment. Unfortunately, the printer doesn't natively support Microsoft 365 authentication, and I'm hesitant to disable any security features on even a single account due to the potential risks. I've been considering SendGrid as an option, but I'd love to hear if there are better alternatives out there.

Using a third-party SMTP service like SMTP2GO could be really effective here. Many folks I know have had smooth experiences with it—just set it up and you’re good to go!
I might need to explore that myself. Sounds promising!
One solid method is to set up an SMTP connector in Microsoft 365 and whitelist your office's IP address. That way, you can send emails securely without compromising too much security.
Is there a helpful guide on how to do that? I’d appreciate any links!

Thanks for the tip! I’m checking that option right now.
