I recently got replacement RAM (16GBx2, 32GB total, CL16, 3600MHz) after my last set failed. I installed it and ran MemTest86, which showed no errors with XMP settings. However, today I'm encountering file corruptions and errors while using the OCCT memory stress test again with the same XMP settings. Are there any specific BIOS settings I should adjust for stability? I've heard about potential issues with odd memory timings on Ryzen processors, but I can't find clear information. It's worth noting that my system runs without problems when using 24GB of JEDEC 3200MHz RAM, so the motherboard and CPU are functioning well. Any advice would be appreciated!

You might want to just drop the RAM speed to 3200MHz. In terms of performance, you probably won't notice much difference, and it could resolve your stability issues.

If I do that, should I keep the XMP timings or just adjust the speed?
