The app will have articles where I'll share my thoughts, a gallery for images, and a podcast to express everything else I want to say. I plan to release this on the App Store because my crush loves using his iPad!

Do you have access to a Mac? It's pretty tricky to upload an app to the App Store without one since you'll need it for development. If you do have a Mac, you should definitely check out Swift – the official documentation is a great starting point and it's free! But if you're out of luck with a Mac, think about creating a simple website instead. You can get going for free at Mozilla's web development page, and if you can borrow your crush's iPad, you could make it available as a shortcut on the home screen!
If this app doesn't need to update often, keep it simple! But remember, building a full blogging platform, like adding posts, will require more effort and a backend with a database.
