I've been dealing with a really troubling situation for the past six months. A stranger somehow got my iCloud email and has been sending me over 10 emails a day—sometimes even more than 50! They come in at all hours, including 3 AM, and while there haven't been any physical threats, the disturbing content is psychologically draining. I've tried everything I can think of to block this person, including setting up rules to auto-delete their emails and blocking their email address in Apple Mail. Unfortunately, even blocked messages still end up in my trash, which I clear daily, so it's hard to avoid seeing them. I've also reported the case to both Apple and Tencent (where the emails are coming from), but haven't seen any action. I need help figuring out if there's a way to permanently stop these emails, maybe through a server-level block or something similar. Any technical solutions?

You might want to try contacting the abuse department of the sender's domain. An email to abuse@[domain] could help. They usually take harassment reports seriously, so it might lead to some action.
Thanks for the suggestion! I actually tried that last week but didn't get any response. I'll give it another shot soon.
