I've been having a really embarrassing issue where my phone keeps calling random contacts while I'm trying to sleep. I usually listen to 'rain sound' videos on YouTube through my JBL 245NC TWS earbuds and sometimes I wake up to find I've accidentally FaceTimed someone at 3 AM! I'm using an iPhone 15, and since I've got Face ID set up for the phone app, I thought that would prevent accidental calls. Do the earbuds have a feature causing this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

If you go into Bluetooth settings, you should be able to find a toggle for 'Phone Calls' specifically for your device. If it's not there, you might want to try other methods like turning off data or enabling Do Not Disturb mode overnight.
There might be a JBL app you can download that allows you to disable the touch controls on your earbuds. This way, you can make sure you won't accidentally call someone. Alternatively, if you’re just watching videos, you could download them ahead of time and turn off your data at night as a quick fix!
That’s great! Just be careful with the voice commands too; they could be soft-triggered by noise.
It sounds like your earbuds have a button that might be getting pressed while you sleep. Check the Bluetooth settings to see if there's an option to disable calling functionality. That should help you prevent these random calls!

I found a setting to disable the touch gestures on the earpieces! I think this will solve the problem.
