I'm having this annoying issue where all of my windows shift to my main monitor whenever I power it on. It started happening after I upgraded my graphics card from a GTX 970 Strix to an RTX 3060 a few weeks ago. I use a 4K LG TV as my primary screen and have a 1080p Philips monitor as secondary, both set to 1080p to avoid any conflicts. When I turn off the TV at night and leave the second monitor on for music or monitoring CCTV, everything stays put. But once I turn on the TV again, all the programs jump back to that screen, and I have to rearrange everything. How can I prevent this from happening?

Have you checked out this video? It might have the solutions you need for your setup. Just keep in mind that it’s aimed at Windows 11, so the options might be different for your system.
Nvidia used to offer a utility for managing multiple monitors, which was useful for rearranging displays, but it was more geared towards business users. It could be worth looking into whether it still works with your cards or if there's a version available for you.
I tried to install the Nvidia Desktop Manager, but it just said it couldn't install on my system without giving any reasons.
Yeah, I saw that and it's for Windows 11, which doesn't help those of us still on Windows 10.
