I'm trying to follow the instructions on Microsoft's site about creating a support request, but I'm stuck. The guide says to select a "Return to support request" option, but I can't find that link anywhere. All I see are some diagnostics, which aren't helping me. I'm really looking to submit a support ticket since I've already purchased a support plan. Can anyone provide some guidance?

The link you mentioned might not be what you need if it's just redirecting to the AI diagnostics tool. I've heard that sometimes, the easiest way to get to submit a ticket is to dive into your Azure portal and look for the support section under 'Help + Support'. It can be tricky to navigate! Let me know if that helps!
Make sure to check which support plan you’re on. Recent changes have affected how the developer plan accesses support. You might need to post in the learning Q&A section instead if you're on that plan. If you want actual support, a standard plan might be necessary. Hope that clears some things up!
