I'm having trouble transferring music from my late 2015 MacBook Pro to my iPhone 16 Pro. I've tried a few different methods, but the iPhone isn't showing up in Finder or the Music app. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this done? Thanks!

You mentioned Finder, but if you're still on an older version of macOS, you may need to use iTunes instead—if that’s available. It’s super important too to check if your USB cable is working properly. Also, try restarting both your Mac and your iPhone; it might just do the trick!
First, make sure you're running the latest version of macOS. Sometimes that can affect how devices are recognized. If your iPhone isn’t appearing, try unplugging and re-plugging it while having Finder open. It should pop up there. If not, could you check if you’ve allowed your Mac to connect to your iPhone? You might need to trust your Mac on the iPhone screen.
Good point about the restart! I’ve found that it fixes a lot of weird connection issues. Also, don’t forget to check if those apps are updated.
