I'm having trouble with two features on my Mac that I want to disable but I can't find precise instructions since I don't know their names. I have a video showing the features at this link: [https://imgur.com/a/PCAuR0d](https://imgur.com/a/PCAuR0d). The first feature is when I click on the desktop, all open windows split to the left and right. The second feature is that any window I click or double-click, like a YouTube video, expands to take up the whole screen. These features are really frustrating and I wish to turn them off. I'm using macOS Sequoia 15.5 on a Mac Mini. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like you need to turn off Stage Manager. This feature can cause your active windows to split on the screen when you click on the desktop. Go to System Settings and look for the Stage Manager option to disable it.
I checked and Stage Manager is actually off! Any other ideas?
