We're a small business operating within a virtualized environment consisting of one or two racks and between 6 to 12 hosts, mainly running Windows servers with Remote Desktop access for 100 to 200 guest OSes. Currently, we use VMware and Veeam, but we're planning a shift towards either XCP-NG or Proxmox. We're looking for a reliable IT services firm that can manage our infrastructure and can physically access our colocation center when needed.
