How did I end up with an account on a phishing website?

Hey everyone! I was cleaning up my password manager and found an account for a site called 'windowsphoneinfo'. A quick search revealed that it's considered a phishing website that copies content from Microsoft Q&A forums to appear credible. I don't remember ever visiting this site, and I've also read that some people have accounts there without creating them. How did this account get saved in my password manager? I'm really worried about this, and I tried to delete the account, but there's no option to do so on the site. What should I do?

Just a heads up, 'stealing posts' isn’t technically phishing. You might want to double-check the website's actual domain. Phishing sites usually try to trick you into giving up your details. Did you ever own a Windows phone or visit forums about it? That could explain how your account got there.

I appreciate the clarification! I just paraphrased what I found online. The accurate name is windowsphoneinfo.com, and no, I never owned a Windows phone. I'm just trying to figure out how this all happened.
