I need to get rid of bad links from my website, but I dont know how to do this. I know I need to use the disvow tool but i havn't been able to find the disvow tool in the webmaster tools ui. Where do you find the tool?

The disvow tool isn't part of the new search console. Even in the old webmaster tools, it was something that wasn't too easy to find. The main reason is that Google dont want you using this unless you have to. There is a detailed guide on the site here already that will explain what you need to do to disvow links.
