How Do I Dual Boot Windows 11 and Fedora on Separate Drives?

I'm looking to set up a dual boot with Windows 11 and Fedora KDE on my PC, which has two 2TB M.2 SSDs. I was thinking of allocating 1TB for Windows and 1TB for Linux. I also want to know if there's a way to access the same data from both operating systems using the second drive. Can someone advise me on whether this is possible and what the best drive setup would be?

If you're thinking about sharing data between Windows and Linux, you should know that there might be performance issues or corruption risks based on how you set things up. For Windows, WinBtrfs can help you read and write to BTRFS partitions, while Fedora can handle NTFS partitions fine. You can also use exFAT for compatibility across both. It’s a solid choice if you want to share files without too much hassle.

Got it! Just to clarify though, when I shrink my Windows partition to make space for Linux, do I just shrink it to fit the Linux OS, or do I need to reduce the full 1TB? Sorry, my English isn't great!
