I'm really confused about how to get my second monitor working with my ARC B580 graphics card on Linux Mint. I want to set it up at 240Hz, but I'm not sure what steps I need to take to install the necessary drivers. Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You actually don't need to install separate drivers for Intel graphics on Mint since they come with the Linux kernel. However, a common issue on Mint is that it uses the X11 windowing system, which can have problems with multi-monitor setups. This usually results in limiting the refresh rate to the lowest one of your monitors. Switching to Wayland can potentially solve this as it allows each monitor to run at its own refresh rate. Unfortunately, I don't have specific instructions on how to switch to Wayland in Mint, but it might be worth checking out!

You can try installing a desktop environment that supports Wayland; that might make the switch easier.
