How Do I Set My GPU as the Primary Video Output in BIOS?

Hey everyone! I just rebuilt my PC this past weekend and I'm trying to figure out how to make sure my MSI GeForce 4070 Ti is the primary graphics output. I have a Ryzen 9 3900X and an MSI X570 MPG Carbon WiFi motherboard. After getting everything set up, I noticed that when I try to access the BIOS, it goes to a black screen and only shows up when I plug my monitor into the motherboard's port. I'm looking for a way to change the settings in BIOS to prioritize my GPU instead. Is there a specific setting I need to change? Also, I'm open to any other tips for my build since I've never really overclocked or undervolted before. Thanks in advance!
