Hey everyone! I'm working at a small school, and we're planning to transition to a new system soon. Right now, we still rely on a local server to host our printers. I spoke with someone from another tech company who mentioned that they use a free PaperCut account to manage printing for all their Chromebooks and devices. However, I noticed that the only free version of PaperCut limits you to just 5 users. Can anyone help me figure out the best way to set this up or suggest alternatives? Thanks a lot!

PaperCut is actually really good and has solid support, but the catch is that it’s a paid service. For a school, it’s often worth it to budget for proper support and licensing since those can really streamline printing processes.

True, but our Catholic school won’t go for any monthly subscriptions. I heard about Mobility Print, which is free, but it sounds like it needs a computer running 24/7. Isn’t that basically just a server?
